As shareholder of Bergbahnen Adelboden AG you are invited to two shareholder days, one in winter and one in summer. Depending on the number of shares you own, you profit from the following packages:

 

• with 1 - 24 shares (nominal value CHF 10.- each)
  a CHF 10.- restaurant voucher
• more than 25 shares (nominal value CHF 10.- each)
  a day ticket for the region Silleren/Hahnenmoos and a CHF 10.- restaurant voucher
• more than 50 shares (nominal value CHF 10.- each)
  a day ticket for the region Silleren/Hahnenmoos and a CHF 20.- restaurant voucher

If you already own a season pass and more than 25 shares you will receive
an additional CHF 5.- restaurant voucher.

The taxable value per share (share identification no. 1790560) per December 31, 2009 is
CHF 3.50 (net taxable value).
