at the beginning:
different kinds of bread like Chuenis bread, three-grain bread, spelt, croissants, home made braided bread, bread with fruits
jam, honey, Nutella, genuine butter from Adelboden, margarine
plate with smoked beef and pork and sausages, fish with smoked salmon and trout
Swiss cheese buffet
fruits, yogurt, muesli, different kind of flakes, dried fruit, nuts

warm:
bacon, ham, home made fried sausage, "Älplermaccaroni", rösti, fried eggs, scrambled eggs and from 10 am on warm "Fleischkäse"

at the end:
chocolate, strawberry, elder and mocca mousse, fruit salad and a little warm dessert buffet

drinks:
ananas, orange and grapefruit juice, water, banana and strawberry milk shake, cold chocolate, Prosecco, Rimus (without alcohol), coffee, Ovomaltine, warm chocolate and different types of tea.
